This notebook covers a visit to Amatourlina’s public pages and the letters sent to its early access inbox. It is a guide to information handling, rather than a map of every process in the separate short-link system.

The traces of a visit

A browser needs to share connection details to fetch a page. Those details can include an IP address, browser headers, request time, and the path requested. The host may record them to keep pages reachable, investigate errors, and deal with misuse.

These pages bring no advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or outside media along for the trip. Their code does not set cookies or save information in browser storage.

What arrives in the post

When you email us, your address, sender name, and whatever you write or attach arrive with the message. We use them to answer and talk about early access. Please don’t pack sensitive documents or somebody else’s private details into a simple introduction.

For laws that require a processing basis, answering your enquiry relates to the request you made. Maintaining and protecting the website is a legitimate interest. Uses that need consent will require a separate invitation to choose.

Who carries the envelope

Mail services and hosting providers process information needed to deliver their work. We may also have to disclose information to meet a legal requirement. Amatourlina does not sell the personal details in your correspondence.

Those providers can operate across national borders. Where a transfer is regulated, the required protections apply. You can ask us for more detail before sharing anything further.

When the notebook closes

We keep an enquiry while there is a reason to continue the discussion, then remove it unless a legal duty or outstanding claim requires otherwise. Technical records may remain for a limited period needed to resolve service or security issues.

Your page in the notebook

Write to hello@amatourlina.com to ask what we hold, correct a detail, request deletion, or stop replies about access. Local rights can also include portability, objection, restrictions on processing, and a complaint to a privacy authority. We may check that the request is yours.

Once a link takes you to another operator’s website, their privacy notice matters too. If this notebook changes, the edition date will change with it.
